Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, cut into 1" chunks
1 large red and yellow pepper, cut in 1" pieces
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
1/3 cup Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce
¼ cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
Salt & pepper
Instructions
If using wooden skewers, soak for at least one hour. In a large bowl combine Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce, oil, juice and seasonings. Add the pork and toss. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread pork on the skewers alternately with peppers and onion. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the kabobs turning once or twice until pork is done to desired doneness, about 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking brush with additional Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce.
